MEDIA ADVISORY: Deadline for Belmont Stakes Racing Festival media credential applications extended until May 22

Professional news organizations planning to cover the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival are advised that the New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) has extended its credential deadline and will accept applications through Tuesday, May 22.

The credential application for the Belmont Stakes Racing Festival from June 7-9, which includes the final jewel of racing's Triple Crown, the Belmont Stakes, can be accessed at http://credentials.nyra.com.

Belmont Stakes Racing Festival credentials are required for media members who will be on-property from Sunday, June 3 through Sunday, June 10.

Professional news organizations and media outlets are encouraged to submit one collective application for all attending employees. For freelance journalists and photographers, the application must be submitted by an assigning editor or editor-in-chief.
