Thoroughbred racing will be prominently featured tonight, Thursday, June 7, across the NBC television properties.  Below is a schedule of racing-related offerings:



1.     Show: CNBC Sports Biz: Game On, hosted by Darren Rovell

Time/Network: 7:00 p.m. ET, NBC Sports Network

Guests: J. Paul Reddam, Case Clay, Mario Gutierrez, Patrice Wolfson and Larry Collmus

Darren Rovell’s sports business show focuses on the $200 billion business of professional sports, including ownership, labor, media, sponsorship, marketing, merchandise, facilities and executives. The 30-minute show features segments such as: “Power Player,” where Rovell interviews sports business newsmakers; “The Scoreboard," in which Rovell and his sideline reporter, Erin Sharoni, review the sports business winners and losers of the week; and "Heavy Hitters," in which Rovell calls up insiders to break down how one aspect of the business works. Rovell’s more than 200,000 Twitter followers also play an active role in the show.



2.     Show:  I’ll Have Another -  Charging Toward History

Time/Network: 7:30 p.m. ET, NBC Sports Network

With unprecedented access to I’ll Have Another and Team O’Neill and the connections of other major challengers, including Dale Romans (Dullahan), and Michael Matz (Union Rags), America's Best Racing will bring viewers deep into the inner world of horse racing, providing an unprecedented look at the days and events leading up to Saturday’s Belmont Stakes.

I’ll Have Another – Charging Toward History premieres Thursday at 7:30 p.m. ET on the NBC Sports Network with re-airs on Friday at 7:30 p.m. ET and kicking off Saturday’s Belmont Day coverage at 2:30 p.m. ET.

America’s Best Racing produced this special for the NBC Sports Network.  The America’s Best Racing production team is led by the Eclipse award winning filmmakers, the Hennegan Brothers, and Emmy Award winning Executive Producer Ken Adelson.
