SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y., August 7 – Anthony and Susan Signoracci of Watervliet, N.Y. celebrate their 16^th wedding anniversary trackside at Saratoga Race Course. The Signoraccis were the lucky winners of NYRA Nation’s first VIP Day at the Races contest and were treated to a complimentary lunch with paddock passes, free parking and official programs.
