2011 Elton John Saratoga Experience Official Rules & Conditions
RULES:
1. No purchase is necessary for entry into the contest.
2. In order to be eligible, participants must supply valid email, telephone, and address information. They can make their free entry at www.nyra.com. Only one entry is allowed per active email account.
3. Entries for the contest will be accepted until 5 PM ET on Sunday, August 21, 2011.
4. Name & Address of Sponsor’s place of business is The New York Racing Association. Inc., P.O. Box 90, Jamaica, NY 11417-0090
5. Prize Descriptions and Approximate Values :

First Prize (Total Approximate Value $2,100): Two (2) tickets to the Elton John Contest at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (Value $300), lunch for two (2) at Saratoga Race Course (Approximate value ($100), $150 gift certificate to Prime at Saratoga National (Value $150), All Occasion Car Service too and from the concert ($150), two (2) Airlines tickets (Approximate Value $1,000), and hotel accommodations (Approximate Value $400). Gratuity not included. Runner-Up: $100 Gift Certificate to the online NYRA Store, redeemable for officially licensed NYRA Merchandise.
7. The odds of winning are not calculable as they depend on the number of entries.
8. If the winner does not respond to our contact attempts by 5 PM EDT on Wednesday, August 24, their prize will be forfeit and will be conferred to the runner-up. In order to be eligible, participants must supply valid email, telephone, and address information. The round-trip flight is restricted to Albany International Airport and the ticket must be used during the week (August 28 – September 3). The hotel stay is for one room on the nights of Saturday, September 3, and Sunday, September 4. Check out is on Monday, September 5. All entrants must be at least 21 years of age as of Sunday, August 21. Officers and employees of New York Racing Association Inc. are not eligible for the contest. NYRA reserves the right to make changes to the contest rules and format at any time and without prior notice.
8. The contest is Limited to US residents.
9. (1) Winner and will be determined by a random drawing on Sunday, August 21. The winner and runner-up will also be contacted via email and telephone by Monday, August 22.
10. Transportation to and from any airports, Saratoga Race Course, and the Hotel is not provided.
11. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. NYRA reserves the right to make changes to the contest rules and format at any time and without prior notice.
